Freedom and Flags

Often I am asked to explain why I don’t believe the laws in this country apply. Let me attempt to explain.

However, to explain clearly, I must begin with a bit of a history lesson. No matter what you have been taught, the American civil war was not fought over slavery or “civil rights”. The south did not like the way the united States of America was being run, and they attempted to secede peacefully as provided for in the constitution. This was working successfully until Lincoln became president. Lincoln declared open war on the south, and at the same time, declared martial law in the whole of the country. It was really a war about the powers of the federal government, not about slavery.

To this day, that state of martial law has never been lifted. If you want proof of this, just visit any police station or courtroom. In it you will see the gold-fringed United States flag, the martial law flag.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO PROVISIONS IN THE LAW FOR ADDING A FOURTH COLOR (YELLOW FRINGE) TO THE TITLE 4 U.S.C. 1, 2 FLAG. Title 4 U.S.C. 3 provides that anything put on the title 4 U.S.C., 1, 2 Flag (gold fringe) MUTILATES the Flag and carries a one-year prison term. This is confirmed by the authority of title 36 U.S.C. 176 (g). The gold fringe is the fourth color and represents "color of law" and when placed on the title 4 U.S.C. 1, 2 Flag, mutilates the Flag and suspends the Constitution and establishes "color of law." (Refer to title 18 U.S.C. 242, see Black's Law Dictionary).

There are also other rules that apply to flags. Each nation has a peacetime flag, and a battle flag. The united States peacetime flag is a Title 4 flag. Here is an explanation:

Currently, the Flag of the united States of America is defined at title 4 U.S.C. 1, 2 and Presidential Executive Order 10834, found in the Federal Register at Vol. 24. No. 166, P.6365-6367. The American Flag of Peace of the united States of America is described as red, white and blue, with thirteen alternating red and white horizontal stripes, and a blue field (union) with 50 stars, one to represent each of the several States. The Flag is proportional, (1 X 1.9). This proportion is easily determined by measuring the length (fly) and dividing by the measurement of the width (hoist). The length divided by the width should be very nearly 1.9. If the flag is not to the correct 1 X 1.9 proportion, it is not a title 4 U.S.C. 1, 2 American Flag of Peace of the united States of America.

I believe that you would have a very hard time finding a correct title 4 flag flying anywhere on government property in this country. In fact I can assure you that you can not find one.

So what does this history lesson have to do with the laws of the land? Well, according to international law, whichever flag is flying dictates the laws and leadership of that piece of ground. Remember our soldiers raising the flag during World War 2? Putting our flag there was more than a symbolic act, it literally, by international law, gave us control. This is why you will not find a peacetime united States flag flying today, because our nation is still technically at war. You see the Confederate States of America never signed a surrender! General Robert E. Lee, (1807-1870) surrendered his army's (But he did not have the power nor the right to surrender the Confederacy) In 1865. Lee was given back his sword and his sidearm when he was released. Would you give a weapon to a 'terrorist'? Someone who has murdered Thousand's? Lee was given every courtesy due to an officer of a opposing nation! So you see, legally, the civil war never ended, and this is why martial law is still in effect today. (This is also why the government has made such a big deal about trying to force South Carolina to take down the Confederate flag which is still flying over it’s capitol building.)

So clearly, by law, since martial law is still in place, no law applies. Martial law by definition is military rule. When you have military rule, the laws and constitution are suspended, and have no effect.

So technically, the constitution of the untied States of America has been out of service for over 100 years! Therefor according to the federal government, (who is still at war), the citizens of the united States do not enjoy the protection of the constitution and the bill of rights. So when you say that you have a 2nd amendment right to keep and bear arms, or a 1st amendment right to freedom of speech, you are essentially wrong, because the constitution no longer applies to you, and it hasn’t for a very long time. In other words, everything the federal government has done has been legal, from the standpoint of the law. Until martial law is lifted, you have no rights, because you are under military rule.

This is why I hold the laws of the land in low regard. Because they truly do not apply! And since I have no rights, by law, under martial law, anything I do which the government perceives as ‘dangerous’ to them, is illegal.

You see, under martial law, the judge has the final say as to what is ‘legal’. This is the reason that court decisions are now based on precedent, not on interpretation of the law.

In conclusion, you have no rights under martial law. So why keep pretending that you do? The only solution is to force the government to lift the state of martial law, which they can not do. If they did, legally they would then have to admit that the Confederate States of America was, and is, a sovereign nation. If martial law were lifted, it would mean and end to our nation as we know it today, and the beginning of a new, split America, with two nations. The powers that be in Washington will not allow this to happen, ever. They will maintain martial law forever, if need be. Or at least until everyone forgets about the Confederate States of America.

The simple solution to this problem is to again fly confederate peacetime flags over the capitol buildings of the southern states. The CSA is a nation, but it hasn’t acted like one in a very long time. If we raise the CSA peacetime flag, international law dictates that the CSA would be recognized as a nation. Of course the Untied States federal government will not be very happy about this, since they have ‘control’ over that territory at he present time.

It is interesting to note however, the United Nations has stated that they will recognize the Confederate States of America as a nation! Meaning, that at least publicly, the CSA would have the protection of international law. What they would do behind the scenes to try to stop this is anyones guess.

The bottom line is this. Do you really want to be free? Read the Constitution of the Confederate States of America. Consider the fact that the United States constitution does not apply, because of martial law. Would you rather fight for a free sovereign nation, or remain a slave under the rule of martial law?
All of the information I have provided is easily verifiable, and I encourage you to research these things yourself. Once you have seen the facts, I think you will find it hard to refute my position.

It takes courage to be free. Sometimes all you need to gain courage is to stand up and move in the right direction.
